Since 2017 we have shared our Mental Health lived experience story with over 1 million people. 

Sometimes through a screen during virtual talks. Other times, face to face when we've been invited into your places of work.

In 2024 we came to the decision to stop travelling for work, so we could be home more for our disabled daughter.

​

But we don't want to stop helping people. Or sharing everything we have learned.

​

So, instead, we have combined everything we know, and put it in one place.

​

The practical tips we give in our talks. Our own personal story. Everything we do every day to stay well. The expertise we have gained in dozens of different industries. Alongside the method "Shut Up" method Carrie invented in 2006.

Technology is great. We have no issue with AI. But it's not right for us. The best part of delivering our talk was always meeting people in the audience afterwards. Hearing their questions and helping practically as much as we could.

We don't get to do that anymore, so, instead, Carrie now works full time writing bespoke self-help eBooks, creating personalised courses, and gives one-off, two hour coaching sessions, all teaching her method to tackle specific problem behaviours, alleviate phobias, and bring about empowered change, specific content for individuals, totally bespoke to your industry, background, and family dynamic and mental health questions.
