If you are ACTIVELY SUICIDAL or in CRISIS
YOU MUST CALL 999 or GET TO THE 24 HOUR CRISIS TEAM AT YOUR LOCAL A&E
No 'ifs' - No 'buts' - This IS an EMERGENCY
If you have immediate concerns for your loved one’s safety
do not leave them on their own - seek urgent help
CALL 999
If you don't know where the person in crisis is, or can't get hold of them
CALL 999
and request a 'Welfare Check'
If you or someone you know is in crisis, but not in immediate danger, you can either:
Call 111 - explain the situation and follow the advice given
Or
Call your/their GP - request an urgent appointment either at the surgery or at home if they are unlikely/ have refused to attend
